The World Car of the Year started in the second press day of the New York Auto Show. Top honors go to the brand-new Audi A3, wich winned in front of the BMW 4-Series (Second Place) and the new Mazda 3 (Third Place). The finalists were: BMW i3, Cadillac CTS, Citroen C4 Picasso, Ford Fusion / Mondeo, Infiniti Q50, Jeep Cherokee, Lexus IS, Peugeot 308 and Skoda Octavia.
